Gina Guiterrez resides in a one-bedroom apartment in a historic building in the Presidio that was once a hospital during the war. Now restored to its glory and updated for today’s market— making one of todays most beautiful places to live in SF. As an aspiring interior designer Guiterrez decorated her room with light soothing colors with a mixture of furnishings from purveyors of design like West Elm, Pottery Barn, CB2 and a sprinkling of local finds and self-made elements that truly captivate her personality. By day she’s a fitness professional, by night she enjoys reading design magazines and taking photos. She always says, “I’m trying to find the perfect balance between casual and glamorous. We believe she’s met that goal.
