YOU WILL NEED: The ingredients pictured left 1 Large Mixing Bowl, 1 Baking Pan (Glass or Metal 2"-3" thick), Knife, Wisk, and Oven.
DIRECTIONS: See those croissants? Slice them like you're making a sandwich. When you finish that, set it aside. Cut the stick of butter in small squares. No science there really, just make it wafer thin. Get a large mixing bowl and whip up 6 brown eggs, add the cup of milk and spoon the whipped cream cheese until the mixture is perfectly chunky.
Now let's prep. Grease the bottom of the pan using butter or Pam.
Dip each half of the croissant front and back in the egg mixture so that they're lightly soaked. Place on pan. It's ok to overlap each piece if there's limited room. Once finished, place the slices of butter on top of each croissant on the pan.
You should have some egg mixture left over, pour it on top of the croissants evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes at 325 degrees.
Check occasionally to see if they're brown, or better yet, burning. Train your nose; you will smell buttery scrambled eggs with bread when it's ready. Before serving, sprinkle with some powdered sugar. Voila! You just made Brunch! Do you need help making mimosas too?
Garnish with fresh fruits like peaches or strawberries and serve with a nice thick slice of bacon or sausage!
The most important thing about cooking is you enjoy yourself while doing it. And don't forget the mimosas!)
