DROP TROU - Bonobos Guide Shop Event

Mayer Hawthorne

Bonobos, the online clothier responsible for hordes of well-dressed male professionals wandering about San Francisco streets is hosting an event this Thursday at their newly opened Guide Shop in Union Square with goodness in mind.

Bring a pair of old jeans and get a $25 credit for use at the Guide Shop and say goodbye to your previous look.

The event will also feature Charles Mark & Sons socks, for every pair purchased they will donate a pair to the homeless. It's a win win for all. Would you really deny the homeless new socks? Come on now.

Of course the event is not all about shopping, its hard enough to get dudes out there to buy well fitting clothes let alone show up at a trunk show of sorts... So to make the deal sweeter, you will also get to enjoy beers from Firestone Walker Brewery. Like I said earlier, win win.

So start going through your closet and pick out any pair of jeans with tares, stone-washed effects and boots cuts to trade for a better pair and join the lovely folks of Bonobos for a fun evening.

It wouldn't hurt to bring your mates so they can tell you that you should probably not buy something that looks terrible on you. But if you don't have any friends, they have people for that.

See you there!
